As part of our commitment to reducing the burden of asthma for patients and their families, the Asthma & Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA), California Chapter is pleased to present a new tool on our Web site: The Asthma & Allergy Formulary Menu. This new user-friendly tool is intended to help consumers, especially employees, make informed decisions as to which health plan to choose during “open enrollment.” This database tool will enable visitors to the AAFA Web site the ability to view the formulary status of Asthma and Allergy products for all Managed Care, Medicare Part D and Medi-Cal plans in California.

Once you have viewed the information and prior to making any enrollment decision, we encourage you to contact the health plan provider for the most current information, as well as specific information toward making your decision.

We hope you find this a useful tool in helping you select a health plan that best meets your needs.
